These rules are short because the office holds none of your money, sells you no insurance, and carries nobody anywhere; it arranges, and others perform.
Nothing here is reserved until the office has written back and you have agreed to what it wrote, and no reservation is ever paid for on this site.
Who publishes these pages
This site is published by Farevacation Bookings LLC, a limited liability company in Washington State. Farevacation is the name it works under and the name on the door at 2292 West Commodore Way, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98199. Written questions about anything on this page go to desk@farevacation.com, and one working day is the usual wait for an answer.
These rules cover two things: your use of this site, and the arranging the office does for you. They do not cover the trips themselves. Each night, each drive and each guided walk belongs to a separate company under a separate agreement, and those documents, not this page, decide what happens when something has to be canceled or moved.
Whose contract you actually sign
This office is a middle party. It listens, puts an itinerary together, checks that each piece can be had on your dates, and asks the companies to hold it. It does not carry you, feed you, house you or guide you. Every one of those jobs belongs to a company inside Malaysia, and when you accept a quote you enter an agreement with each of them, not with this office.
That matters most when something goes wrong. Cancellation, changes, refunds, late arrivals and complaints follow the terms of the company concerned, and those terms are named in your quote before you agree to anything at all. Read them. If a set of terms does not suit you, say so, and the office will look for another company or tell you plainly that there is not one.
No money crosses this office
There is no payment page on this site and no machinery for making one. No card number, bank detail or deposit reaches this office at any point, before a trip, during it or after it. Each company invoices you in its own name, on its own schedule, by whatever method it uses, and your quote sets out which company asks you for what, and roughly when it will ask.
A plain safety note follows from that. Nobody here will ever ring or write asking for card details, and nobody here will ever ask you to send money to an account bearing this name. A message that does either of those things did not come from this room, whatever it looks like. Forward it to desk@farevacation.com and somebody will look at it.
How a figure is put together
Figures on these pages are in United States dollars, per person, worked out for two people to a room, and they cover the ground arrangements only. Across the whole list they run from $610 to $2,580. Every entry says in words what sits inside its figure and what does not, and reaching the country and getting home again always sits outside it.
Figures move, and it is better to say why than to pretend otherwise. Exchange rates shift, dry months cost more than wet ones, a room for one person costs more a head than a room for two, and companies reprice their own work without consulting this office first. A number on a page is a starting point. The number in your written quote is the one that binds, for as long as that quote says it stands.
When a trip becomes real
Nothing printed on this site is an offer you can accept by clicking. The pages describe what the office is able to put together, at figures that were true when they were written. Sending the form is a request and nothing more. It holds no room, reserves no seat on anything, commits you to nothing and commits this office to nothing beyond reading it properly and replying.
A trip exists once three things have happened: the office has written to you naming the places, the dates, the companies and the figures; you have written back agreeing to them; and each company has confirmed its own part. Until all three are done, nothing is owed by you and nothing is promised by anybody. You are told plainly on the day the third one is complete.
Limits of what this office answers for
The office answers for the work it actually does: listening properly, describing places as they are, arranging what it said it would arrange, and passing your details on correctly and no further. If it gets one of those wrong, write and it will be put right, remade or withdrawn, whichever of the three fits what happened.
It does not answer for how a company performs on the day, for weather, for a road shut by a landslide, for a strike, for illness, for anything you were told by somebody who does not work here, or for what a country decides at its border. It sells no insurance and offers no view on it; whether you carry any is a decision that belongs to you alone.
Which law reads these words
These rules are read under the law of Washington State, and anything that cannot be settled in writing belongs to the courts sitting there. If one sentence here turns out to be unenforceable, it falls away on its own and every other sentence continues to stand exactly as written.
Nothing above takes away a right you hold anyway. Consumer protections under state and federal law apply whatever this page says, and where a line here conflicts with one of them, the law wins and the line is ignored. A complaint about a trip already under way, sent to desk@farevacation.com, is answered on the day it arrives rather than at the ordinary pace.

Tell the office which month you have in mind and it will answer with what that month makes possible and what it shuts.
